2016 Summer Semester Course Enrollment Cancellation and Refund Announcement
Information regarding cancellation of summer semester courses and refunding of fees are as follows.
A. Before the start of the semester (6.14 ~ 6.20)
- How to : mySNU – Academic affairs – Class/Grade – Class – Course Drop (Summer/Winter Session)
- Amount Refunded : 100% of tuition
B. After the start of the semester (6.21 ~ 7.11)
- How to : mySNU online application – print course cancellation form – receive signature from the course professor – submit form to ME offices – online approval
- Amount Refunded
- 2016. 6. 21 (Tue) ~ 2016. 7. 4 (Mon) : 2/3 of tuition
- 2016. 7. 5 (Tue) ~ 2016. 7. 11 (Mon) : 1/2 of tuition
- 2016. 7. 12 (Tue) onwards : Cancellation and refund not possible
C. For cancellation after semester start, cancellation form must be submitted with the course professor’s signature to the ME offices for approval
