[Graduate Students] (2016 1^st semester) Submission of “Form for Credit approval of Course offered by other department or Course offered in undergraduate program” / “Form for Course extention” / “Form for Lack of required credits” (by Friday 8^th July)<?xml:namespace prefix = "o" ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

1. Students may take graduate courses that are offered by other departments/divisions, even if not considered as major courses in their own departments/divisions, based on their academic advisor's recommendation and approval of the head of their own departments/divisions. In this case, course credits may be counted as major course credits but only up to 1/2 of the required credits for course completion in students' own department/division.

Within this 1/2 of the required credits, students may earn by taking courses from a different department/division (6 credits may be earned by taking courses in the undergraduate program).

- Masters Course : Other department/division courses within 12 credits (including 6 credits of undergrad course) are accepted
- Doctorate Course : Other department/division courses within 18 credits (including 6 credits of undergrad & Masters course) are accepted
- Combined Masters and Doctorate course : Other department/division courses within 12 credits until 4^th semester, from the 5^th semester, 18 credits are accepted. (including 6 credits of undergrad & Masters course)

As such, graduate students under the above category who have yet to submit “Form for Credit  approval of Course offered by other department or Course offered in undergraduate program” should submit by 8^th July (Friday) 2016 to officer Simryoung Park in the ME office.

2. Students who satisfy requirements for Course completion but wish to extend course period for personal reasons are to submit “Form for Course extention“ by 8^th July (Friday) 2016  to officer Simryoung Park in the ME office.

3. Students who do not satisfy the requirements for course completion are to submit “Form for Lack of required credits” by 8^th July (Friday) 2016 to officer Simryoung Park in the ME office.
