Dr Baek’s journal was commended for showing the possibility of true and intuitive shape interpolation through the formulation of the method minimizing weighing distortion when it comes to calculating the interpolation of 2 shapes. Masters student Ji Sun Park’s research was commended for the development of a surface model generation methodology that identifies the under’s intentions after a sketch input in a geometric modeling system. Masters student Hyun Min Yoon’s research was commended for objective selection of tennis rackets not based on a player’s feel through the use of kinematic analysis and motion captures.
