On July 7^th, the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Seoul National University invited Professor Christian Brecher, Director of the Fraunhofer Institute for Production Technology (IPT) and RWTH Aachen University Institute for Machine Tool and Production Engineering (WZL), to host a STAR LECTURE on the topic of 'Internet of Sustainable Production' in Room 105 of the New Engineering Building 301. Professor Brecher is a world-renowned scholar who has published authoritative papers in various fields, such as mechanical systems, automation technology, and data analysis. Through this lecture, he provided deep insights into how the Internet and AI technologies can contribute to sustainable production systems, focusing on applications in machine system diagnostics, process monitoring, human-machine interaction, and control and automation.
