Professor Ho Young Kim of our faculty has been awarded the Kasan Academy award by the KSME Fluid Mechanics Department for his contributions to the academic progress of the fluid mechanics sector of the country with research results such as ‘Hydrodynamics of writing with ink’ and others<?xml:namespace prefix = "o" ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

1. History and intention of the award : The award was established with the excess funds from donations by the previous president and aims to reward those who contributed to the academic progress of fluid mechanic through excellent research results.

2. Eligibility Criteria : Awardee must be a member of the institute and must have contributed to the academic progress of fluid mechanics. Applicants should be no more than 45 years old at the dat of application and achievements from the past 5 years will be considered.
