Several concepts to control compressible dynamic stall will be discussed, including synthetic jets and deformable leading edge. Also some analytical results and experimental results with a 10” ducted rotor for UAV applications will be presented. In forward flight, rotor modeling for fluid-solid interaction will be introduced and its efficiency will be implemented.
