A technology to store/transport heat by using micro-encapsulated phase-change-materials(MCPCM) were studied. A PCM were put in micro shells to make the MCPCM. These were suspended in water, carrier fluid, to make slurry (Micro-encapsulated Phase-change-material Slurry). The slurry was applied as a heat transportation medium for natural convection and forced convection heat transfer.
