Retirement Ceremony for Prof. Yoon Young Kim and Prof. Cho, Maenghyo

On February 28, 2024, a retirement ceremony was held for Professors Yoon Young Kim (김윤영) and Maenghyo Cho (조맹효) in the medium auditorium of the SNU Cultural Center.
Professor Yoon Young Kim, who was appointed as a professor at Seoul National University in 1991 and has served for 33 years, retired, having made significant contributions to academia through consistent research and teaching. In recognition of his contributions, he received the Okjo Geunjeong Medal.
Additionally, Professor Cho, Maenghyo who was appointed as a professor at Seoul National University in 1999, retired with honors after 25 years of contributing to academic development, student growth, and research. He was awarded a commendation from the President of Seoul National University in recognition of his contributions.
