The 77th Degree Ceremony in the Department of Mechanical Engineering was held face-to-face without a mask for the first time in a long time at 10:30 am February 24 at Yuhoejin Academic Information Center. At the ceremony of the department, 72 undergraduates, 33 masters and 27 doctors received their degrees.

The 77th mechanical engineering degree award ceremony followed like •Opening ceremony •Academic Report (Hyung-Min Park, Vice head of department) • Head of department’s Greetings (head Sung-Hoon Ahn) •Foreign guests' congratulatory speech (Honorary Professor Lee Woo-il, Chairman Nam Min-woo of the Mechanical Alumni Association) •Student field trip •Education award presentation (Professor Song Seong-Jin) •Excellent doctoral/master's thesis awards and awarding of top-ranking graduates in the undergraduate department.

The Outstanding Doctoral Thesis Award is for those who have obtained a doctoral degree or are expected to obtain a doctorate degree in the current academic year, and proceeds after receiving applications and reviewing by the committee.
