In order to provide opportunities for undergraduate students to gain research experience recent topics in the field of mechanical engineering by visiting graduate school labs and directly participating in assignments or research, the Department of Mechanical Engineering opened, from the 2nd semester of 2022, ‘Practice of Engineering Research 1’ and ‘Practice of Engineering Research 2’, which are subjects for intern practice, as common courses in the College of Engineering.
The intern practice was an opportunity to experience research the topic designated by the professor's laboratory, and among the students who performed UROP (Undergraduate Research Opportunity Program) in the 2nd semester of 2022, the performance evaluation of the chair/vice chair of the department was conducted. Award of Excellence was awarded to the following two students.
