SNU ME has agreed to support the establishment of research centers at the Adama University of Science and Technology (ASTU) in Ethiopia with consulting and technical assistance. Among the five new research centers, SNU ME will support the Center of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (CAME) and the Center of Transportation and Vehicle Engineering (CTVE). On May 30, the ASTU delegation visits SNU to hold a launching ceremony of the Research Center Construction Consulting Corporation, which will have ae-week schedule.
In addition, this project, associated with the "SNU 10-10 Initiative" project which is run by SNU ME, will be expanded to continuous student exchange programs for being ME leading university by supporting to establish international institutes in major research areas.
