The National Academy of Engineering of Korea announced the list of new members (50 Members, 89 Associate Members) of 2021. Professors Frank Chongwoo Park and Sung-Hoon Ahn were among the 7 Associate Members in Mechanical Engineering.

NAEK works to increase the industrial competitiveness, cultivate new talent, make institutional improvements and establish cultural infrastructure. Its members consist of individuals conducting pioneering research and developing innovative technologies at universities, institutes, and corporations.
