Ph.D. student Dongwoo Min of professor Yeon June Kang’s lab has claimed the Young Professional Grant in the recent International congress Inter.Noise (I-INCE) held in Hamburg, Germany on the 21^st to the 24^th of Aug 2016 with the research journal titled “Experimental Validation of a Suspension Rig for Analyzing Road- Induced Noise”.<?xml:namespace prefix = "o" ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

This research could help in performing an efficient road noise analysis of a suspension by combining the evaluation method of the structural dynamic motion with the TPA analysis using the suspension rig. Thus, this research could also help reduce the road noise evaluation time by completing the development stage prior to the body prototype development in vehicle NVH-related fields.
