Ph.D. student Chan Hoon Jung of Professor Sang Joon Shin’s Intelligent Aeroelastics and Helicopter Lab claimed the Grand Prize (MOTIE Minister’s Award) in the 4^th technology sharing seminar (cheap and practical integrated drone design, operation & technological development) and Flight Demonstration held in Hanseo University and An Myeon Do last 29^th March 2013 with the paper titled “High Precision Aeroelastic Stability Analysis of Long Term Endurance Aircraft with High Aspect Ratio Wings”.<?xml:namespace prefix = "o" ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

The aforementioned paper suggested more efficient structures and models for long term endurance aircraft with high aspect ratio wings and precisely analyzed the flutter stability of them.

Apart from Ph.D. student Chan Hoon Jung, Professor Sang Joon Shin, Masters Student Anas El Arras from the same lab and Dr. Chang Min Cho, Researcher Se Young Jang, and Researcher Sang Yong Kim participated in the paper as co-authors.
