The winners of the 2013 National Supercomputing Competition, which lasted for 24 hours from the 29^th to 30^th of September, was announced. The winners of the competition were SNU’s ‘Younha Fan Club’ Team (undergrad) and KAIST and Kyung Buk Univ’s ‘Mal Dallija’ Team (Post-grad) and a prize of 1 million won was awarded as a monetary reward of the MSIP President’s award.<?xml:namespace prefix = "o" ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

The competition, which gathered 51 teams (30 Undergrad, 21 Post-grad) nationwide wasparticipated by excellent talents from all over the nation and was held for a grueling 24 hours, where Masters Students Tae Kyu Jang and Eun Sa Kim of Professor Chongam Kim’s Lab eventually claimed the Grand Prize.
