Undergrad 4th Year Young Jae Jeon, Masters Student Min Soo Kim, Masters Student Eun Seob Kim Awarded at the Creative Design Com
2 teams from our faculty has been awarded at the 2013 Creative Design Competition held in BEXCO, Busan.<?xml:namespace prefix = "o" ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
The team Forkranger comprised of Young Jae Jeon and students from the electrical engineering faculty won the KIAT President’s Award with their arm controlled excavator which controls using the joints in a person’s arm. This team participated in this competition after winning the grand prize in the SNU College of Engineering Creative Engineering Design Competition.
The Save 3RD team comprised of Min Soo Kim, Eun Seob Kim (Innovative Design and Integrated Manufacturing Lab), Mariana Tejada Kamiya, Teodoro Yangali Hayen developed a vaccine delivery tube using a grating structure and fillings, claiming the WITECK president’s Award. This team developed the product in the graduates school course ‘Design for Manufacturing’.
