Ph.D. student Heon Jun Yoon of professor Byeng Dong Youn’s System Health and Risk Management Lab has claimed the Excellent Paper award in the 2014 KSNVE Spring Conference.<?xml:namespace prefix = "o" ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

The above paper, titled “Average power prediction of piezoelectric energy harvesting device using statistical time-frequency analysis”, was presented at the 2013 KSVNE Fall conference held in Kolon Hotel, Geongju from the 23^rd to 25^th of October and was commended on the first use of the statistical time-frequency analysis to analyze piezo electric energy harvesting devices.
