Ph.D. Student Janghyuk Moon of SNU Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering’s Professor Maenghyo Cho’s and Kyeongjae Cho’s lab claimed the Best Poster Award in International Conference on Electronic Materials and Nanotechnology for Green Environment 2014 (ENGE 2014) with the paper titled “Tailoring oxygen content on silicon oxide (SiOx) using ab-initio study” held in Jeju Island on the 16^th to 17^th of November 2014.
