At the SNU Venture Builder networking event held January 10th, PYLONEER (formerly Pylon) won first prize and received 15 million wons in commercialization support. PYLONEER was selected as a start-up team for the SNU Venture Builder program, a start-up program at Seoul National University's Siheung Campus, which was held from October to December with the theme of electric vehicle charging service. Through this, it was highly praised for its rapid growth, such as attracting investment from various venture investment companies, producing prototypes with support for commercialization of the program, and promoting verification so it was awarded the first prize.
Meanwhile, PYLONEER is a startup spin-off from the laboratory of Professor Sung-Hoon Ahn of the Department of Mechanical Engineering, and aims to develop and distribute intelligent power distribution services that maximize the efficiency of power infrastructure.
