2. Course and Selection Limits

A. Masters Course: Within 1/10^th of each faculty’s course recruitment limits for Spring-2017 post-grad freshmen

B. Doctorate Course: Within 1/10^th of each faculty’s course recruitment limits for Spring-2017 post-grad freshmen

3. Selection Criteria

A. Masters Course

(1) People who have received their completed their undergrad course and received the Bachelor’s Degree or are able to receive it by February 2017 from within/outside the nation.

(2) People who are legally recognized to have the same or higher level of education as (1)

B. Doctorate Course

(1) People who have received their completed their Masters course and received the Master’s Degree or are able to receive it by February 2017 from within/outside the nation.

(2) People who the SNU head has recognized to have a qualification of a Master’s Degree or higher.

(3) People who are legally recognized to have the same or higher level of education as (1)

A. Application Submission

(1) Application Period : 2016. 12. 22.(Fri) ~ 2017. 1. 4.(Wed)

(2) Application Location : Offices of applied faculty

(3) Submission Documents

1. Special Student Application Form : A recommendation by a Full-Time member of the applied faculty is required

B. Implementation Schedule

(1) Recommendation

1. Recommendation procedures : Recommendation after a document review by each Graduate’s School Academic Board

2. Number of applicants accepted : Within 1/10^th of each faculty’s course recruitment limits for Spring-2017 post-grad freshmen

(2) Education Permit : 2017. 1. 17.(Tue)

(3) Course Registration

1. Course Registration Form submission period : 2017. 1. 23.(Mon) ~ 1. 25.(Wed)

2. Application Method : Submit course registration form to faculty offices.

(4) Tuition Payment

1. Payment Period : 2017. 2. 16.(Thu) ~ 2. 22.(Wed)

2. Tuition Fees : Calculated as follows based on regular fees.

  Fees : Regular Tuition x Credits taken / 12

Payment Method : Download the bill from the SNU Homepage (www.snu.ac.kr à Academics à Academic Affairs (학사행정) à Tuition Payment (등록금납부) ) and proceed to make payment at Nonghyup, Shinhan Bank or Woori Bank (National Branches)

※After the Course Amendment Period, changes or cancellation of courses are not possible.

5. Information to Take Note of

A. Degrees are not given to special students

B. Special students are only allowed up to 6 credits per semester

C. Selection for special students take place Twice a Year (Each Semester) and students may apply for 2 consecutive semesters.

D. Credits obtained as a special student can be recognized up to 12 credits for special students enrolling into the regular curriculum

E. Any refunds of tuition will follow the refund policy of the school
