[업무내용]













What you'll do


  • Have ownership and accountability for payroll processes – from consolidating and inputting the data for processing to verifying the output coming from 3rd party payroll vendors.

  • Consolidate required data from stakeholders and HRIS(workday) for new-hire-boarding, exits, and ad-hoc employee life-cycle such as LOA, salary change, etc, and update payroll system time.
  • Align payroll data with employee self requested benefit amount (English tuition, child tuition, and other employee subsidy)
  • Validate overtime report from Time & Attendance System and reflect into payroll
  • Calculate VCP (Variable Compensation Plan) amount and reflect into payroll referring VCP systems and guidance.
  • Prepare and distribute compensation statement letters to respective associates when needed (not all the time).
  • Prepare monthly Retirement Pension report and make sure the allocation is well implemented for respective Retirement Pension Provider
  • Make sure social insurance is deducted and paid properly while reflecting LOA, new hire, and termination.
  • Be in charge of Year-end Tax process and be a focal point for setting and running the process
  • Manage 3rd party payroll  vendor : accountability for-time processing of all payroll related payments, maintaining payroll data quality & KPI, and cost management both to ADP & 3rd party payroll vendor
  • Be a contact point of employee query payroll.
  • Play an active role in responding to diverse audit requests (internal & external)
  • Prepare and deliver salary related analytics (cost projection & actual), overtime related documents.
  • Propose policy recommendations, program or system update to HRBP in line with legislative changes and best practice.

Who you are


  • Bachelor’s degree in related area

  • Have 2~7 years of demonstrable experience in payroll /HR
  • Have suitable knowledge employment legislation, and taxation.
  • Solid interpersonal skills; prioritizing tasks effectively ; execution with time sensitivity
  • Ability to execute flawlessly - attention to details and accuracy
  • Self-starter in identifying areas for improvement and taking action
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Has experience in having hands-on experience in HR Information system (Workday or relevant)
  • Able to build a relationship with key partners (Associates + Hiring Manager + HR) in English & Korean across the business
  • Ability to comfortably work in cross-functional & cross-boarder environment.
