5. 내 용 :
This talk presents the introduction of Delft Center for Mechatronics and Microsystems; Highlights in short on the collaboration between different departments at the Delft University of Technology (high precision equipment for optical disc mastering, dual stage drive)
Presented is the combinations of 3D microtooling and 3D microstructuring techniques using wire electrodischarge grinding (WEDG) and micro electrodischarge machining (EDM) in metal and spark assisted chemical engraving (SACE) in glass. The introduction to the microfactory project (started august 2005) describes a few projects aligned on a new-to-develop table top machine using a high speed spindle with active magnetic bearings.
