내 용 :Cooling of electronic equipment and computers is one of the key


factors which must be considered in the design and manufacturing


of such systems. For reliability and failure-free operation


of these systems, the component temperature must be maintained


below a safe functional limit. There are several available cooling


schemes for such tasks. In this talk, an overview is presented of


a few research projects on cooling of electronic components. These


include experimental and numerical studies of natural and forced


convection, conduction, radiation as well as flow boiling experiments
